为牢记习近平总书记“做好煤炭这篇大文章”的殷殷嘱托，深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于 “四个革命、一个合作”能源安全新战略，打造全球性高层次煤炭行业交流合作平台，引领全球煤 炭工业智能化开采和清洁高效利用，推动我国采煤技术和装备走向世界，促进全球煤炭工业高质 量发展, 由中国国家创新与发展战略研究会指导，中国国家创新与发展战略研究会能源产业研究 院发起的“2026世界煤炭科技创新大会暨2026世界煤炭工业博览会”拟定于2026年3月7日至9日 在上海新国际博览中心举行。届时将邀请美国、俄罗斯、印度、印度尼西亚、澳大利亚、哈萨克斯 坦、蒙古国等煤炭生产国组团参展、参会，邀请全球煤炭产业链企业集中展示煤炭采掘、勘探、生 产、销售、贸易、投资、运输及出口行业头部企业的新技术、新产品、新工艺、新成果、新方案等，强 势打造开放包容、互联互通、共同发展的世界煤炭工业命运共同体，深入推进全球煤炭全产业链 国际合作，为推动全球煤炭工业可持续发展提供中国方案、贡献中国力量。
To earnestly carry forward General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions to "do a good job with coal," and to fully implement his new energy security strategy of "Four Revolu- tions and One Cooperation," the 2026 World Coal Science and Technology Innovation Confer- ence and 2026 Global Coal Industry Expo will be held from March 7 to 9, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Guided by the China Institute for Innovation & DevelopmentStrategy and initiated by the Energy Industry Research Institute of the China Institute for Inno- vation & Development Strategy, the event aims to establish a global, high-level platform for exchange and cooperation in the coal sector, lead advancements in intelligent mining and the clean, efficient use of coal, promote Chinese coal mining technologies and equipment to the world, and drive the high-quality development of the global coal industry. Major coal-produc- ing countries, including the United States, Russia, India, Indonesia, Australia, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia, will be invited to organize delegations for participation. Leading enterprises across the global coal industry chain—covering mining, exploration, production, sales, trade, invest- ment, transportation, and export—will showcase their latest technologies, products, process- es, achievements, and solutions. The event will work to build an open, inclusive, interconnect- ed, and mutually beneficial global community for the coal industry, strengthen international cooperation across the full coal value chain, and contribute Chinese solutions and Chinese strength to the sustainable development of the global coal sector.

Coal, a vital resource in the global energy system, has witnessed the ups and downs of human history. It holds a crucial position not only in China's energy landscape but also in the broader global context. As China's primary energy source, coal has served as the "ballast" and "stabilizer" of the nation's energy supply. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Charac- teristics for a New Era, the coal industry has kept pace with the times, pursuing self-reform in four key areas: production, consumption, technology, and institutional mechanisms. The industry has accelerated its digital transformation, advanced intelligent development, and promoted the clean and efficient use of coal. A number of intelligent demonstration coal mines have been built, along with the world’s largest clean and efficient coal-fired power supply system and a modern coal chemical industry system. Scientific and technological innovation has increasingly become a powerful driver of the industry’s high-quality develop- ment. The coal sector’s capacity to ensure safety has significantly improved, and a path toward safe, efficient, green, and intelligent development has been successfully forged.

Raw Space Booths: All booths other than indoor standard booths are on bare space, with no deco- ration or power supply, exhibitors are required to design and build their own booths, which are limited to a height of 5 metres. The minimum rental area for indoor bare space is 36 square metres, while the minimum rental area for outdoor bare space is 100 square metres.
3 展位规划：标准展位的申请主要是依据展品类型及报名先后顺序进行划分。光地展位的申 请主要是依据展品类型、报名顺序、参展尺寸、设备重量等多因素进行划分。
Booth Planning: The application for standard booths is mainly based on the type of exhibits and the order of registration. Raw space application is mainly based on the type of exhibits, registra- tion order, exhibition size, equipment weight and other factors.
4 参展商确认展位后不得将展位全部或部分转租、转让给第三方。
Exhibitors are not allowed to sublet or transfer all or part of the booth to a third party after confirm- ing the booth.
